Paula is a Life Coach and Bridal Coach with a diverse background, who brings a world of experience, learning and understanding to her clients. Paula is the owner of Believe and Achieve Coaching, and its subsidiary, Perfect Bridal Coaching. She has worked as a Life Coach with women at every phase of life in the United States, the United Kingdom and Bermuda. Paula specializes in working with brides and women in transition.

Paula received her Life Coaching Training at International Coach Academy, a coaching school certified by the International Coach Federation. Paula is a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Coaching and the Creativity Coaching Association.

Paula draws from her experience as a Certified Mediator, with Masters Units in Mediation and Conflict Resolution. She also holds a B.A. in Spanish from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and an Adult Teaching Credential from UCLA.

Paula uses Bold Questions, Intuitive Inquiry and Guided Imagery, among other techniques, to help clients come to an empowering awareness, which leads to action and goal fulfillment.
